Overview
DIUnicode's Pascal implementation features more than 70 encodings, like UTF-7, UTF-8, UTF-16, the ISO-8859 family, various Windows and Macintosh codepages, KOI8 character sets, Chinese GB18030, and more. Adding a new character coding is as simple as writing a single conversion procedure. It supports 144 character sets and encodings when linked against DIConverters.

Unlike other text readers, the lookahead features of TDIUnicodeReader are not limited to a fixed number of characters but by available memory only.

Performance
DIUnicode is extremely fast, even when processing very large files. Both the reader and the writer classes benefit from their internal buffers which allows them to read and write files in small chunks of data, one at a time only. DIUnicode will never require you to fit the entire file into memory. This way it achieves conversion rates of far over 20 MB per second.

YuStemmer is a natural language stemming library for Delphi (Embarcadero / CodeGear / Borland). Its purpose is to reduce an inflected word to a common stem or root form. The English stemmer, for example, returns "write" for "write", "writes", "writing", and "writings".

Stemmers are available for these languages:

Danish, Dutch, English, Finnish, French, German, German2 (different Umlaut handling), Hungarian, Italian, Norwegian, Porter (English), Portuguese, Romanian, Russian, Spanish, Swedish, Turkish.
Applications for stemmers are usually query and search systems. Stemming enables them to return related results with similar meaning but slightly different spelling. YuStemmer was initially developed for theDISQLite3 Full Text Search (FTS) engine, but fits other purposes we well.
YuStemmer is fully algorithmic. No extensive lookup dictionaries are needed. This results in small memory footprint and leads to excellent performance.
YuStemmer is organized into different classes, each of them optimized for a particular string type and text encoding:
TYuStemmer class:
ANSI text, 8-bit, usually in ISO-8859-1, unless otherwise noted.
Some stemmers might not be available for this class.
TYuStemmer_8 class:
UTF-8 text, 8-bit.
All stemmers are available for this class.
TYuStemmer_16 class:
UTF-16 text, 16-bit. This corresponds to Delphi's WideString / UnicodeString.
All stemmers are available for this class.
Make sure to choose the stemmer class matching your string type and character set. Otherwise you will suffer a performance penalty caused by avoidable string conversions. In Delphi, such conversions usually happen implicitly and go unnoticed by most developers. Therefore, pay close attention here to make the most of YuStemmer!

comprise three Delphi components, TMagFtp, TMagHttp and TMagFileCopy, the first two of which are high level descendants of the ICS TFtpClient and THttpCli components, all allowing transfer of multiple files and subdirectories with a single function call. An entire disk volume or just one file may be copied or sent using FTP.

The three components handle file listing from FTP, HTTP and disk volumes, and multiple file copying. They also include optional zipping or unzipping (requires You can't view the links!  Due to many requests, I took the time to update my tools (You can't view the links! Click here to register, You can't view the links! Click here to register, You can't view the links! Click here to register) for the newest Delphi version. Delphi 10.2 RTM will be the last version that all my tools support. I won’t be able to recompiled them for any 10.2 Update because my update subscription has expired and I didn’t (intentionally) renew it. Coincidentally I didn’t get a renewal message this time either.This doesn’t mean that I won’t release newer versions of my tools, but I can’t support newer Delphi versions or 10.2 updates if the tools need to be recompiled. When I find some new possible optimizations or fixes for annoying bugs and time to work on them, Delphi 2009-10.2 RTM users will be able to use them. Changelog:
  • Fixed: Disable DynArraySetLength patch if 10.1 Berlin Update 2 is detected.
  • Fixed: “clang template debug symbol bloat” disabled for 10 Seattle and newer.
  • Added: IDE minimize doesn’t shrink main window to width and height zero.
  • Added: RAD Studio 10.2 support
